On the hunt for a 1st gen Tundra in excellent condition and low miles.

I’m willing to consider all varieties with the 6’ bed but my preferences are:

Year Model 05-06
4.7 V8
4x4
Access Cab
<75,000 miles

Location is not important. I’m willing to travel to get the right truck.

I know they are rare but they are out there and I’m willing to pay a fair price.

Thanks,
Mike

The two years you are looking for are 1st gen Tundras.
2nd gen started in 07.
Yes they are out there and in good shape.
IMO a great truck.
I purchased a used 02 in 2011 with 120K miles that had been well taken care of.
It's loaded with our ATC Bobcat and gets us to lots of travels.

Thanks for the clarification. Ok, so 1st it is. We found a 99 land cruiser in mint condition with lass than 100k miles and have been really happy with the vehicle. Hoping to do the same with a Tundra.

I've considered selling my 2001 Tundra access cab v-8 4wd. It's not an 05-06 like you mentioned and it has 140k miles, but it has been very reliable and is in good condition for it's age.

Nice, but I want a 4x4 and I already have a camper. But then again, if 1 is good then 2 must be better.

Eddie, I saw your truck and it appears to be a fair deal. There are several similar in the same price range a fair bit closer to me. I'm still in the hunt. Thanks for the nod.

I pulled the trigger on a pristine 1 owner double cab SR5 with 71000 miles and matching shell. Meticulous maintenance records. Patience and perseverance paid off.

Sounds great. More details?
