Hey all,
I have a turtle that needs a shell! I am looking for any light weight camper that would fit my 2005 DC Tundra, under $12k. I am looking at all options including shells and rebuilt older campers. I am located in Southwest Colorado, but I am willing to drive to pick up the right camper.
Thanks!

Keep in mind you can use campers like Eagle/Bobcat on your turck
but you'll need to add a few inches under the camper to get it over the bed rails.
My 02 Tundra AC cab has a 19" bed depth but I think your double cab has a 21" depth.

IMG_0254.heic.jpgHey all, thanks for the suggestions! I found a camper!

Yay! Mission accomplished. Now the travel planning can commence in high gear!

Yes, its a 2012 ATC Panther. It fit my truck like a glove, with 1/8 inch to spare on the tailgate opening and 1/2 inch above the bed rails.
The first owner did some custom mods to the interior, which I am happy with. I need some parts to get the Cozy Cabin Heater going, but those are on order.
On another note, I am having a hard time uploading photos to this forum. Is there a forum post about how to do that easier? Thanks!

Congrats on the purchase!

I upload pics via google drive and then post the link to WTW. Many people use external process like drive, etc.

I first downsize my images on a laptop computer, so that each file size is smaller than 500K.

After downsizing, I enter the expanded editor by clicking the "More Reply Options" icon - which is below this text box. After this step, there is an option below to upload each image as an attachment.

Neal, check the pinned threads in the Member Support forum. If you need, contact me, and we can work through the load process. Like TA mentioned, I prefer loading to a hosting site (I like Flickr), then linking to the photo.

You get a much nicer display size like below

Glad you found one. Since you did, I am also looking for a similar set up for the same truck. My budget is a little less, but live nearby in case you came across another or anyone here has one they'd be willing to part with.

Thanks!
