WTB: Crew cab truck, low miles with FWC: $45K

Located in Portland. Willing to travel in PNW. My family of 3 is seeking a crew cab truck (needs to comfortably fit child seat) with under 60K unless diesel, clean title, with FWC (open on model, but prefer non-shell). Prefer smaller displacement, EcoBoost or similar, but open. We have ID’d one we like in Portland and have buy-in around it, but can’t get owner to respond so... looking for options while we have momentum.

Happy to spend well less than budget, but willing to spend up to about $45K for right setup.

Really looking for a dialed, drive-away setup.

I've got a 2005 F250, V10, 4x4, CC with 125k miles and a pretty well decked out Hawk if you're interested, but I'm on the west coast.
