My refrigerator has always been difficult to turn off as noted in previous posts. But, now, even following Stan's (Stan@FourWheel) instructions carefully I can no longer turn off my refrigerator. I turn the knob all the way to zero, the light goes off, but the compressor stays running. The only way to shut it off is to turn off the main power. Has anyone else had this problem? I assume it is the switch/thermostat and am wondering if there are instructions someplace to change that out. My fridge is relatively new (I got camper new in August) but the camper is off now for the winter and would rather not have to put it back on to take it to a dealer to have the refrigerator fixed. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
