RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Heater or no heater?

What's a Kestrel? Heater - I use the heater every night on the lowest setting. Some nights it comes on, some nights it doesn't. The heater is the first option I would choose. The next options would be a sceen door and a front slider window.

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Tundra suspension upgrade

Brett, I have the Firestone Ride Rite air springs and like the ride both loaded and unloaded. I have found that they don't hold air indefinitely. I find that I have to fiddle with mine every week or so to keep the 10 lbs of air in them which is a PITA. If you get the air bags, I would...

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Wiring question

Mark, I once picked up a solenoid battery seperator at a Checker auto parts store. Alternatively you could temporarily install a manual switch in its place until you can get the battery seperator. That way you could at least charge the camper. Just don't forget to turn the switch off when...

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West Difference between FWC and ATC

I presently have a 98' Ford Ranger 4x4, 4.0L and long (7') bed. I've done a lot of traveling, and like back roads and some boondocks, but don't plan on doing any serious, rock-climbing off-road stuf, so that's my intended application and I'm interested in any and all suggestions and opinions...

RV LIFE Forum Hub, Wander The West If you like the site.....

In looking aeound at sticker sites, I think the lettering will need to be bigger - maybe the whole width... I'll check around for the cut vinyl. I prefer to put stickers on glass and white usually stands out better. But to apply to the camper siding, black would stand out better. One site I...
