    Dave Stock one side is clevis pins and the other uses a bolts/nuts as a hinge. Couple extra pins and no tool easy removal.

    I added a maxx air II over a fantastic fan on my trailer. The mounts can connect with clevis pins for easy removal or leave on based on the trip. So far really good airflow. Planning to add a second set up to the front vent soon...

    I have a diesel jetta as my commuter and love it. The only thing I want to replace it with is the new sport wagon.:thumb: After selling off my half ton all our fleet diesel, makes the pump less confusing (just have to remember which side, diesel hoses tend to be short.)

    The only wear I've noticed with spray on is against the front rails, and that had been minor. No signs of sliding.

    I don't see any reason you couldn't mount off the rear. It would give you wings off the rear sides that might actually be good. I forget who on WTW did it but one put the bolts in from the interior through the wall. The body mounts with just 2 standard bolts.
