ok, this is a bit of a reach. most thefts are from truck/vans, due to better clearance for dipsticks. and i think most thefts are from home driveways, as they are done in the dark, and not a lot of traffic, or people around to observe. if one could park over something, that reduces clearance...

if the new frontier's now offer diesel, that might be reason for larger grill. the current diesels run hotter for emission control, and require larger radiators.

a friend of ours was just down there and had kayaks, that they used and boated with the dolphins. the pictures were great.

thx. i bought a propex propane heater last year, and had a heck of a time sourcing 'thru hull's. probably due to that i did not know that was what they are called. am now finding some, but they all seem to be completely open, and i wonder how they are supposed to keep little bugs/critters from...

i like your process of dedicating a pair of shoes for the trax. thats generally what i do, and am very pleased.

check out the 8020 camper side rack brkt from Saltmade.co these brackets attach to jack brkts. u can then span the width with 8020. the 8020 would give u lots of options for mounting gear. this also eliminates drilling through the camper skin. i am kicking myself for not putting the jack...

there is a local pdx new camper builder here, that is putting int rivnuts into the walls, so u can do with u want with interior build. i thought that was a great idea. pacific something.

there is a company that makes side camper mounts, that attach to the camper jack brkts. their brkts are not to much $, and can accodate 80 20. cant find company name at the moment, but i thought they had a nice design.

some friends of ours are on a multi month trip right now. they started on the east side, and we got lots of dolphin videos, and beaches. they are now over on west side watching grey whales... am jealous. once they are back, i will get all the deets, and make plans. !!!
