I know this is an older post but I just stumbled across it. My 10' NCO project has a folding extension similar to Igottasail's except that mine has all square corners. Can't say if it is stock but the countertop material matches the rest of the cabinets.

If anyone is looking for them, I found the same latch but with a brown pushbutton in several loactions including ebay. They are "RV Essentials H243" .
