    Cape Scott is worth it, check the history from the second world war. A stop at Woss and you can see the the old steam train and they are still logging by rail. Telegraph Cove has a nice campsite and is a must visit on your way as well.

    New front panel bent and installed using marine adhesive sealant, now we wait 72 hours, rear panel has been prepped and installed as well.

    rear frame is done, all wood is tight grain fir and that should be as far apart as we go, rear panel has been touched up and patched up, sanded, tsp and the inside is coated...show more later

    no one to help... used ladders and shimmed the back into place plywood is treated with fiberglass resin.

    All off, two pieces, note the lift cylinder, will have to split it and pull the ram out then the cylinder out the bottom as the counter does not allow for it to come out the bottom.

    door and frame panels off, die grinder and round bit got both sides.

    .JPG] not sure if the picture will work but I took a die grinder and a round bit and ground the ends off, worked really well and the only issues came when I was rushing it pulled the siding off, then the nail ends with vise grips.

    I was going to post this question to the O ring replacement but this may be better. Has anyone used a quad seal instead of o rings? I have two of the cylinders re done but am not happy with one I think the center is belled, I could heat and hone or try a metric o ring, but was thinking a quad...

    top frame is from rough cut 2x, corners 1 5/8" x 1 5/8" glued together and profiled to the first top rib. tops, 1 5/8"X 2 1/2" ribs were cut back to good material and scarfed in. coat of fiberglass resin will go on after the final profile is completed.

    coated the outside and edges with fiberglass resin filled voids with resin-glass mix, inside with exterior semi-gloss stain, will be three coats,sides are glued and screwed,
