    For places kids will love, you can see the Magic Fountain show at Montjuïc or visit the Barcelona Aquarium and explore the Gothic Quarter. Did you also think about going to Parc Güell? And if possible, visiting Parque Warner in Madrid is very nice trip for one day.

    Seems like a good idea if it helps balance weight and lets you put window in kitchen. If you don't need use awning on roadside much, then I think no big problem with this plan. Also, putting a window above kitchen can really make space brighter and feel more open. Do it!

    Thanks for the heads-up! That's a good point to keep in mind – I definitely don't want to miss out on the ring of fire because of cloudy weather. Hopefully, we'll still get clear skies, but if not, I'm down for a road trip to Mexican Hat. Let's hope for the best though, and see what happens!
