Following... my 2015 Hawk Silverspur has done the same. Really sucks having this imperfection on an otherwise great setup. I know it has been posted the "company" says sand and paint but no idea what paint. Heck even if my 2015 was still under warranty dealers are states away :(

I absolutely agree with Dessmo, I have been out and about a bit with my wife and our FWC. The porta potty is a necessary option for my wife. We have tried most all of the "solutions" and this just works! We are also discovering that great spots like HipCamp require self contained.

I would look up Safe Jack for extensions and footprint on bottle jacks. I use for my F250 and it not only works but gives me a warm fuzzy felling as being safer ;)

I recently moved up to the SPOT X too. Been on 3 long trips since then. So far messaging and canned messages are working as designed. The check in process is easier too.
