Wandering Sagebrush, my searches find lots of sites that list Ride-Rites for Tundras but when I look, I can't find any for the '22's or '23's (the Tundras with rear coils). I sent Firestone an email asking for information. If/when they respond I'll post on this thread. Thanks, Tony

Looks to me like you have a fairly large space between the top of your cab and the bottom of the camper. I added a Yakima fairing to the top of my cab to deflect wind from passing trucks up and over the camper. It really helps. Should work the same for headwinds. Haven't measured an effect on...

I've tried to use the low temp alu. welding rods before (not from Harbor Freight) and could never get a clean "weld". Due to the frame flexing here, I don't think a low temp "weld" (solder?) would last very long. I'd use the triangular gusset with rivets repair myself.

Thanks for the suggestion but I don't think the squeak has anything to do with the PWM controller. The fan squeaks when I spin the fan blades by hand and it has a cyclic sound. It sounds like the squeak is coming from the motor area. Maybe a bearing? I tried to remove the fan blades. I couldn't...

Finally able to get back to this project. Everything installed and working. The controller is quiet but, unfortunately the fan squeaks in one direction. It squeaks venting out. Guess I never noticed with the noise from the high speed fan with the old controls. Thanks for everyone's help. Tony
