That sounds like a good spot. How easy or should I say hard will it be to dig a pit? Cort I was thinking of building a rock pit and cook the pig over ground but covered. The place I am thinking of is easy to get ( even for TED!! :lol: ); no 4x4 needed;

I know of a cool level spot near Kirkwood ( about 30 minutes west) where we can park quite a few trucks next to the Mokelumne River.

Fortunately this new option is not limited to the XP Camper and is reasonably priced. It is available for any rig and only costs you a night of camping with DD and providing him beer. And the bonus is paybacks are justified. :D :P I think the payback Ted and me hashed out will be more than...

Yup that was me. Was playing around Bowman lake. Went up to Grouse ridge for 1 night and then over to Sawmill lake for a few more. Took Marc( the other one :lol: ) out to experience the XP. Did the loop out via Hennessy pass road to 89. Here is Marc enjoying a Bevie in the cocktail lounge...

Next rally in bear country we'll find out. We'll pack some bacon around DD's engine block while he is sleeping in again. We'll take notes and let you know what happens. :D I'm up for that!!! Maybe set up a motion camera?? Maybe we can find some Hobbs bacon :lol:
