On our second Tundra. our first 05 Tundra we never had mice in the cab. our 21 Tundra this has been a regular occurence. Must have openings in the 21 that were not there on the 05 truck. Guess I need to start looking for the holes! We have been using the Fresh Cab deterrent and others like it...

That is one reason i will be switching to OnX maps. so far folks have said the support is good and at least for me, i can go bang on their front door at the brick and mortar store in MIssoula if online doesn't work!

I have tried Gaia but so many areas we frequent are out of cell service and trying to download maps without Wifi or really strong cell service is difficult to manage. Likely going to onX maps

We have a Battleborn with no heater and it has worked fine through one winter with below zero temps. Will see how it goes over time

i used the camera from our 21 Tundra and mounted it just above the license plate. works fine. will be moving it to a license plate holder though

I would go for a spring pack - airbags work well but require more maintenance.

i built out a Cougar shell and the bed extension is 1/2" plywood with oak boards for the slides and a cut down 2x4 for the front piece. it is very solid and does not flex at all.

21 tundra double cab 8' bed. Had Toyota install a sway bar at the dealer and Boise Spring built a new spring pack and had that installed. ~25K on it so far and satisfied with the handling (have an ATC Cougar shell I built out on it)

Sure I'll pile on. Full restoration is warranted since you already have one under the belt and the second as everyone says is so much more fun! Plus the videos are good from your first one and super helpful

They are amazingly tough. Would like to see one driven to destruction too. Maybe start a Go Fund Me to buy a used camper and go out to a lonely desert highway.....
