Sound like you got it solved... But if you still want to mess with it.... If you can, apply a little suction to the faucet outlet when the pump is running, it will suck the air out of the line between the pump and tank and you will get water.

Did you ever get some nuts? That's what she said.... I had mine come loose the 2nd or third trip out. Got some wing nuts and have 1000's of miles of no problems in two different trucks. BUT my camper comes off all the time so I am checking them all the time.

I could not survive in my camper without the water. I only have the basic tank with an electric pump/faucet, no hot water. It is one of the nicest things about having a camper. Hands down.
