You should not have to do any mods for a Grandby on an F350. I have had my 1990’s Grandby mounted on both my 2011 and now 2016 F350 4x4 Crew Cabs with the 6.7 Diesel.

I don't haul a motorcycle but I do haul an ATV and a Side by Side. I would go the utility trailer route as others have suggested. Depending on the trailer you choose you can haul the bike and carry fuel or camping gear that might not fit in the camper.

I went with camera-source.com and bought their license plate mount camera and adapter harness for my 2011 F-350. It works well and has the parking lines, just like the OEM camera. I just unplugged the tailgate and connected the replacement camera to the existing connector.
