I am also getting some water damage in the front left corner that I just noticed. I have a 2001 Hawk so the front supports are the old wood style and the plywood is starting to warp, which is a big concern. I plan to replace screws and re-seal as soon as possible. What has been people success...

I picked up a chair from a local Habitat for Humanity. Just going to remove the chair, add an extension to make it tall enough and I think it should work. I'll post photos when done.

Does anyone have any ideas of what this track system is that is holding this outside table?

I put a ski rack the opposite direction at the back of the camper. It has worked great for holding skis. I keep it on there all year and use it to carry shovels and axes in the summer.

I did a quick repair the past couple days and it looks pretty good. We will see how it holds up.
