Update, USAA still is giving me the run around. Having a hard time even getting them to respond. Word to the wise, get a legit policy, not something that is added to the existing truck policy. I think I'm going to get legal help here soon to get my roof fixed / compensation for the hail damage.

USAA actually owns progressive, they initially tried to steer me there but said since its "attached" to the truck its under the truck coverage
