I've got a 10 foot, noncabover Alaskan camper, 1980's era.

Its in pretty good shape, but could use some renovation.

I started a renovation on it, but am not finding the time to finish it. Want to see if I can get my money out of it and hand it off (I'm in $2,500).
The renovation I was planning:
- roof leak at the skylight. It's now water tight, but I've taken off the interior roof, thinking to replace the framing for vent, replace insulation, replace roof panelling
- replace covers on couch/bedding pads
- replace blinds
- up and down could use work, but goes up, comes down no problem, just likes a little manual assistance
Otherwise,
Has stove, has sink, has ice box, this model had no toilet, big windows, table, etc...
If you haven't seen the Alaskan construction, they are very simple. Basic carpentry will take you far.
