12 Volt A/C

At 6 amps per 100 watt panel, it looks like about eight 100 watt panels in full sun while chilling in the camper.
Makes you go hmmmmmm. ;)

For me, getting higher elevation and chilling in a small stream may be worth consideration.

And for the 16+ hours the sun isn't at max, you'll only need about a 800amp/hr battery bank, unless you want to run anything else.
 
Eight panels? I suppose if I angle them I might be able to squeeze that many in. I agree, if its that hot its time for some elevation.
 
I would think the idea would be to run a small gen to keep batts charged while running this off the batt bank. However, 2K for something like this is a non-starter.
