Trip down in the Bozeman area to see the Museum of the Rockies. Expensive to get in, 15 for adults, if your an MSU student show your student ID and 75% of entry! Great planetarium show included. Plan for a good solid half day to explore around inside, esp with kids.

Then down to the Madison Buffalo Jump.

Neat place. Short hike,

Another trip, camping on Canyon Ferry Lake/reservoir/ Pass through of the Mighty Mo. Turn off is little north of Winston Montana.

Lake still frozen in pretty good. And with the cooler weather was nice having the entire camp area to ourselves.
