SOLD - had someone jump on it first night posted. Thanks everyone!

I know I'm going to take a bath on this, but there's a lot here to give someone a big head start on a project. It's an early 90s Grandby, we paid $4200(don't buy a camper in the rain at night). Our first truck camper, I didn't really know what I was looking at. It needed some serious love, lift panels were starting to go and canvas was pretty rough, and prior owner wasn't too good about proper fixes. Anyway - everyone here probably knows what it is, so here's how it sits now: canvas has been removed and started to strip camper down. Was going to basically gut but keep layout the same. We're an easy $2k into parts, so any offer close to that will take the whole thing. Any pricing input is welcome as well.

Done or purchased-
New canvas - not yet installed
New upholstery
New Thetford 345 porta potty
Waeco 12v compressor fridge w freezer
Domestic 2 burner electronic ignition stove
Domestic sink
Marine headliner material for ceiling
Material for arctic pack
Roll of reflectix
Renogy 100w solar system
WFCO 40 amp power converter/charger/fuse panel
ARB Touring awning
Roll of white laminate
Maxxfan
Dinosaur Electronics furnace board
2 Brophy cable jacks
1 12v deep cycle battery
Dolly with 6" heavy duty casters
2 doors

Still needs -
Lift panels redone

Everything we bought installed

We ended up buying a Hallmark Ute which is better suited for us and 3 dogs. Hope to find someone with some skills and ambition that recognizes the value/time sunk into this, and wants to make it their own. Located in Baltimore MD, can possibly help deliver.
