We really like the interior ceiling LED lights in our 2019 Hawk, and would like to get the same for our house. Can anyone provide the make/model of the lights, or a link?
No doubt the FWC interior lights are designed for 12 volt DC power from the battery so if you were to use them at home you'd need a transformer to reduce your 120 volt AC household current to 12 volts for the lights. And hope the lights will run on the 12 volt AC current even though designed for DC.
Find an old wall wart power supply from some disused electrical appliance and check to make sure it outputs 12 volts. Use that to power your 12 volt lights. Especially if you're using low-current-draw LED lights, you should be able to light up several without exceeding the milliamp output limit of the wall wart. Good luck.
Thanks @Old Crow for the links. I’ll check them out.
@esimmers, I suspect that FWC are using off-the-shelf under cabinet lights, so a power supply comes with. Actually, the following lights look identical, except that they have some black parts. The FWC ones are all white. I guess I can’t be too picky .
