Been thinking about this one for awhile and finally pulled the trigger. Found this kettle grill made by Magna. Typically used for boats. Got it setup for a trip starting this weekend so havent used it yet but it seems quality. Hopefully it cooks halfway decent.

Bought the grill and bracket on Amazon. Screwed it directly into the backside of the camper. Pretty easy. You just set the post into the bracket and its ready to go. Fairly sturdy. Packs away for easy storage. They also have an option for hooking it to a regular propane tank. If it cooks well then I will get that hose and tie into my tanks.

They make a slightly smaller version which might make for easier packing. But this one was called the 'party size' so I couldnt resist.

Cheers...

They are great grilles. I have used them for years. Have both charcoal and propane. You might be a little concerned about how close you it mounted to the camper, them generate a lot of BTU'S, cold damaged the finish on the camper. Magna makes a longer bracket used for hanging over the gunnel of a boat, look into that.

They cook great! They'll get hot enough to be self-cleaning if you let them. Ours plugged into the camper's propane:
