Does anyone know of a good camper dolly for the Alaskan 8'.
Also my F-250 heavy duty seems like it might need a little help in the suspension department. Can anyone recommend some good suspension mods to make. The truck has a 8' bed?
Thank you.

Having owned an Alaskan, the dolly will be essentially the same as any other camper. You will probably have to build it. The floor of an 8' Alaskan is made from a sheet of 4 X 8 plywood, but take your own measurements for the dolly.

I built my dolly out of 2x6's. I used pieces of 2x12 to brace the corners and installed heavy duty 6" wheels. The wheels on one end should be fixed and the other ends wheels should swivel. Otherwise, you will be going sideways when you push it!

My CO sits in a F250 Super Duty Crew Cab and I also carry a 300# bike and rack. The only suspension mods I made were to add air bags which I run at about 80PSI. Ten ply rated tires of course. No problems on or off road. Pic in 'Show your rig.
