Baby-Ready Hawk Renovation

We've got an 8 month old baby and a 20 year old Hawk. I've done lots to the Hawk, as documented elsewhere here. Most recently I changed the old side couch/storage box/bed into a dinette/baby crib/bed/storage boxes. We've used it enough now to report that it works pretty well. I can't think of any major changes. Of course, I wish transitions were simpler, but that would require more hardware and knowledge than I've got... The construction of what I made is pretty darn simple; 3/8ths plywood, hinges, and little steel angle brackets. Here's a video that spells it out more:
