Battery/ truck..?

Is it advisable to remove the truck battery cables when/ while replacing camper batteries..??

If the camper has power from the truck all the time, I’d pull the negative off the batteries.

My charging circuit is only “on” when the truck is running.

Or just disconnect/unplug the wiring harness in the truck bed?
