What a wonderful TR; I really enjoyed reading all about your trip.

I especially liked the conversation the Lady had with the sheep (I can almost hear it in my head). I wouldn't have thought a sheep would sleep so soundly to let you all get that close.

As for the butt-head with the bright lights, I couldn't help but wonder what if those bright lights had killed his battery and he came up and asked you for a jump too (like Jon)? That would have been an interesting conversation...

Dudhghlas, Tuffy, and Groovy, thanks for the kind comments! The Lady really appreciates it and asks that I read them to her in the evening. Insofar as the conversation, we all would have been very kind and offered to plug the hole in the back of his head that half his brains had leaked out of. We carry a good first aid kit.

Spectacular TR, Ski! The Lady and you never disappoint.
Great that that Spiders were able to join you too.

Never thought it would be possible to sneak up on a wild desert big horn.
We saw a few of their tracks and some pellets hiking in DV about the same time as your trip.
But we've yet to be graced by their presence.
