Duck Season started the 20th for us down here , we had a very nice but HOT opener , stayed around the Salton Sea area duck hunting then went out to Mecca Hills wilderness area to see about camping there later in the year when cools a lil , my question why do the burm up the roads ? do they not want you camping there ? also some duck pics in here hope you like them , D

Very nice. I assume the berms aren't so much so you don't camp but to keep people on a single path. Avoid the temptation to go out and do donuts and such.
 
yes H I like ducks and Geese but gotta go find some quail soon an dont get me started pheasant. Mmmm now were talking !

Thanks guys ive been out quite a few times since these were posted, when I get off work tonight ill post a few more up , Silver way to hot in these pics to be hunting ducks hi 80's to low 90's , ill take "ID" hunting any day of the week

Duck hunting in the desert-what a great place to live in. I don't duck hunt, but went one time with my brother -in- law, just sat in a duck blind in the rain and cold of southern Washington and dreamed of a screw driver and a warm fire place! :LOL:
