dometic drawer fridge, ?maybe room for AC

Hi all. I have a 2017 swift camper with the unfortunate (for me anyway 3 way fridge). I really dont need a big fridge as I always have a cooler outside/in cab so was checking this out. The 3 way just does not serve me well in the deep hot south.

Also, not impressed with any of the temporary or external Air conditioning ideas.

1. Any reason this could not be swapped?
2. Could this be "stacked" above a window AC in that slot?
