Exterior Shower Faucet

I am not getting any hot water from my shower faucet. I have a 2015 Hawk. I can hear it pressurize when I turn the valve and a trickle comes out. I don’t see any line kinks, leaks, or clogs. The cold water works fine and the hot water in the sink faucet works too. I know that FWC changed the faucet for 2016. Has anyone had a similar problem or replaced the faucet? Does anyone know the make of these faucets so I can get schematics. I emailed FWC service a week ago and no response.

Replaced my 2013 Hawk outdoor faucet with the current Bullfinch version. Ordered from FWC but also available on ebay or direct from www.bullfinch-gas.co.uk.

Had to have a stainless steel plate made to cover up the hole from the previous valve.

Try calling Aaron in the service Dept. 800-242-1442

We might have the guts or he can tell you where to get them. It’s a really easy swap out if you just buy the internal parts. A lot easier than trying to retrofit. If you are looking for a simple fix.
