feedback on new(ish) fantastic fan exhaust vent?

I've searched and found barely a whisper of this model.

It's a vent fan that can be run rain or shine. I have an Allterrain Ocelot shell on order and am thinking of installing it but haven't heard any reviews of it. I will have two fantastic fans in my build and would like to put this over the galley. I'm aware of the models that have rain sensors but like the sealed nature of this vent for moderating the temperature of the interior while I'm away and musical instruments may be present.

Thoughts? Experiences?

No experience with that model. However, my standard Fantastic fan is noisier than I like.

To move the same amount of air, a smaller diameter fan must run at higher RPM's thereby producing more noise than a slower moving fan.

I like the concept and will consider one for the plain vent over the bed in my Hawk but not until I hear one run in a quiet environment.
