One of the lighter campers of this size on the market. ~3300lbs wet. Easy on/off the truck with automatic bluetooth remote jacks. We have kept the camper plugged in when it is parked to preserve battery life. Non-smokers and no pets have ever set foot in this camper. Otherwise there are no "strange" smell in it; it still has "that new smell". This is a no slide out camper. Rare.
