Fridge not working Dometic Rm2193 in 2017 Fleet

Left on road trip for our summer holiday andAll 3 ways not working. Checked fuses, breaker,have propane and power. Propane igniter barely works but when it finally does the flame wont stay lit. 120v was working at home but now doesnt work. Fridge fan works but that is on seperate circuit.

Could it need a refridgerant recharge? Thanks in advance for advice

Further to first post. I took off the shroud and and found ignitor lead charred. I disconnected the bullet connector and tried to manually lite the pilot which but there was a flame coming from this hole which doesnt look right-thought?
