Goodbye Dometic 3 Way-Slide Out Ice Chest Project - 2012 Eagle

Starting a fridge replacement project in my 2012 Eagle. Never been a fan of the Dometic 3 way so I pulled it out and capped the propane. I've had this camper almost 3 years and for my use don't really see the value in a powered cooler. I have a 55 liter Canyon that has been great and sits in the back seat of my Tacoma and their 35 liter fits perfectly in the spot where the Dometic was. Planning on building a platform/box that will slide out enabling access to the cooler as well as providing additional counter space when cooking. If anyone has done this and has pics or suggestions please let me know. One factor is that the cooler needs to slide well out of the box so that the top will clear the upper counter. Pic Links:

What are you going to do w/ the old refrig? I might be interested assuming it works. Of course, I doubt you are anywhere close to Boise, ID.
