Grandby no electric from batteries

The refer was not working so the folks at Tigard ,OR, American RV, got new 12v batteries under warranty from 4WC. But something went bad after a brief test running refer on 12v. Now the eletricity works fine from 110 shore and from the truck . But from the batteries only : nada, ZIP! lf there is a reset button somewhere I'd love to find it. I think there may be a fried relay somewhere. Possibly from switching from shore current to batteries while refer running, surge effect???

May be dumb question, have you checked the fuses at the house batteries? Positive and neg?

Finding the problem will likely require quality time with a digital multimeter, tracing wires & voltages. I'd begin by measuring voltages at the DC fuse panel fridge connection when powered by shore, truck, and batteries. See what difference the position of master power switch makes in the readings. Then work your way back to the battery.
