Very nice and spacious popup camper for SB truck.... Hallmark Ute 8.5 for only $5500 obo (Phoenix)

Very liveable....Big queen cabover bed, large side dinette with big side windows, has bath, tons of storage, comes with tie downs and generator and hitch extension and nice lightweight cargo rack, and brand new canopy, for full price.

For sale by my friend Alex, I have seen this again this week and taken all measurements, overall excellent condition, canvas and windows all very good condition, has Solar Panels on roof (with roof rack) for keeping 12v system charged.

So...this camper has been on Phx craigslist with 3 different prices: $5000, $4500, and now $5500. Why all the variation in price? And, it looks like the roof has had issues in the rear, do have more detailed pics you could post?

Thx for observant questions.

My friend was trying to sell this locally (but was dealing with a limited market, especially during the holiday season), and kept lowering the price to get it sold. He simply wants to buy a larger campimg unit (a motorhome) and needs to sell this first.

I looked at his Hallmark, thinking I might even buy it myself (I decided to look for a smaller unit though), but saw how really sweet Alex's camper was, and after seeing all the extra gear he was willing to thow in with a sale, I told him he was underpriced ......and that I would post an ad for him on this portal (as I am a member).

My thoughts were that with a wider potential buyer audience, he should get a better price more fair to him. These campers are @ $30,000 new, after all.

The roof may look messy but its because he has caulked the heck out of the seams and reinforced it, to make it more bulletproof.

I can't post pics because my sole computer is this POS 1st gen iPad. It has no camera and cannot store copied pics are downloadable files.
