Help in securing camper

Nice camper shot, these 8 foot campers were back in the day when 8 foot beds were the standard now 6.5 Ft beds are more common. The industry is adapting so must we if we want duel purpose pick-up trucks. Mine is such a tight fit it does not need tie downs with the tailgate up. The lower canter of gravity keeps it settled and the tie-downs are double security.

Thanks everyone! Bolted her down tonight with 6 1/2" bolts. I'm taking her on the maiden voyage tomorrow night
