installing roof rack slider's on a 2011 FWC Fleet?

Looking for info on installing roof rack slider's on a 2011 FWC Fleet.
Currently have factory aluminum racks.

You need Yakima landing pads, although Thule may have a comparable unit. The Thule TK 1 nuts can be inserted into the track w/o removing the end caps and unsealing any screws in the roof. Yakima nuts require removing the cap to slide them in.

I just contacted FWC and they told me there are no written descriptions for installing roof tracks. They did send me this picture that kinda helped me get an idea for what I'll need to do.
