Lagun table Install on a 2019 Hawk with rollover couch layout

The best place looks like in front but fresh water holding tank is there so can not bolt thru.
Another spot I’m thinking is centred on the couch so the Lagan table can rotate to either side of couch
Has anyone install one with my configuration?

i'm using a lagun centered on the couch area. bolted through the "floor" pack using T-bolts.
