Maybe I'm the only one that didn't know this, but here goes. I decided to change the porch lights on my 2015 Hawk to LED's. The model currently used on my Hawk is made by the Diamond Group (dg-usa.com). I went to Amazon and ordered two new Diamond Group LED lights fixtures, #52725 and paid $21.60 each. They arrived a couple days latter and I realized the LED bulbs in these light fixtures fit right into the old fixtures!
So if you want to change your old fixture (which they don't seem to make any longer) to LED just buy the bulbs: Diamond Group LED Bulb w/SMD Technology, 18 Diode 1141/1156, part no. 65532. Warm light model bulb is 65532-ww. They run about $16.00 on Amazon.
Appears to work great and is quite bright. You have to slightly rotate the bulb socket to get the new bulb in, at least on mine.
