Led running lights

I've recently been swapping my running lights from incandescent to Led and they're no longer working as an LED. Anyone experience this?

they should work...the running lights are so sensitive to broken grounding...I'd clean up the contacts real good before installing anything new....sometimes the old bulb had only one teeny weeny ground made and removing it breaks the ground....and leaves a
crudy surface for the new bulb to ground on

my recent running exterior light experience a few weeks ago.
first tested every bulb on my battery with jumper wires. 4 were bad.
pulled every light cover off 95 10' CO and washed dirty covers.
all my positive wires are meant to not only power bulb but designed to connect together so they daisy chain around the camper.
had to sand all connections and brass surfaces, twist the pairs together and make sure the light assembly tang was bent on them good. remove the right ground sheet metal screw and wire brush threads, then sand head surfaces on screw and light assembly.
got everything working again including rear brake light above door.
hope that helps
