Did you ever get the dimensions for the lift panels? Both of mine are MIA, having been replaced with a single piece of plywood, hinged only at the bottom of the wood. It is not connected in any way at the top!

FWIW one of my local cabinet shops has a CNC router that would make short work of cutting out those lift panels. Might be worth looking around your area to see if there is a similar machine.

Very nice work! If you add the lifting struts, you will take a lot of stress off those nice new lifting panels (and off your back too).
