leveling

I carry pieces of 2X6 and 4X6 (beveled @45*). Besides being good levelers they can be used under a truck jack or the screw jack of my trailer. I've also hammered on them and with them. Those lego type levelers I bought are buried in my shop somewhere. Used them a couple of times, but I didn't like them. When I finish my carport I'll have 2X12 and 4X12 scraps available to replace the skinny 6"ers. They fit behind the rear seat very well.

My LynxLevelers arrived in one day from Amazon!

I read the instructions, and learned that it's OK to double-stack them, so with just 9 tiles from a set of 10 I can get a little over 5 inches lift. Pretty good!
So with two sets I've got more lift and lighter, neater than with my 6 big honkin' 2xlumber.

I'm a happy camper...or will be in a couple of weeks.

I use the Camco RV Yellow Tri-Leveler. For extra height I carry 2 12" pieces of 2x12 and place them under the leveler. I previously used 2X12 3-level wood blocks that I built, but they were pretty heavy.
