Lifting counter top

somewhere I have seen an image of a lifting, hinged counter top that a member made.

Have searched but no found it......

Need an image of the hinge arrangement for something I am trying to do on our Grandby.

The hinge is a type of piano hinge that is like an upside down T with the hinge pin at the top when the door is closed b
