Looking good. Are you using Tig or a spool gun?
thanks! Im using a spool gun on frame and tig on all the thin stuff. The frame is .125 wall 1x1 square tube.

Should be stronger than bending that square tube in such a tight radius.

I don't know why It didn't occur to me earlier but on FWC and ATCs they use a thicker C-channel for the cab over section. They cut reliefs on the inside of the corner to allow them to bend it. Not sure how strong the tubing would be for the cab over.

Some updates! Been working on this camper build when I have free time. I purchased a pfaff industrial sewing machine to make my own canvas.

I’ve been working a ton on this thing! Artic tern window is in, walls and bed platform are done. All the ply wood is resin coated and sealed. I’m currently waiting for more 3M vhb tape to show up from Amazon so I can finish the sheeting on cab over and bulkhead to cab. I also started working on the counter top for the kitchen.
