Memorial Weekend 2011

Here is how I spent Memorial weekend. This was our first trip in our "retro" trailer, a 1977 wilderness 15'. The UHAULER just wasn't working for us, a regular cab was too small for the two of us and a dog and the camper part was too tight, we were always climbing, tripping over stuff. I sold my daily driver, a 2000 chevy silverado 2wd and the uhauler and bought a 2002 f350 7.3 diesel. Eventually I might get a camper for the truck but for right now i'll try this out. It's actually nice to have a real shower and bathroom(for the wife)

Nice set-up. And thanks for the great pics. Pyramid Lake is on my list. Every time I look at a map of Nevada I always wonder about Pyramid Lake. Thanks for posting the photos.
