hey guys, it's kind of rainy here today in northern California so thought I'd send off a couple of photos of my old camper. camper bugcurtain.jpg this is how I keep the bugs out, and those are mountains that I painted on the side.and this is how I heat water for showers.camper waterheater.jpg

camper showercurtain.jpg I can attach this shower curtain on both sidescamper solarcollecter.jpgand this solar collector is on top of the cab for lights at night

I almost always travel with an old bike camper bikerack.jpg the posts are foundation bolts covered with 1/2 inch IPS hose or flex PVC with a white 1/2 inch cap so people will not walk into them in a parking lot

over the years I've really done little to fix it up. I did cut doors under the seats for storage in front of the wheel wells. And I made a little brass heater that sits on the back burner of the stove with a copper chimney that heats my little space nicely. I still have the old ice box. Happy trails Milt.

Oh ya, now that I'm semi-retired and cutting back a little on fuel costs and going slower, I'm considering this....bike camper.jpg

Just kidding, it's by KevinCyr.net

can you post some interior shots. i would like to see that heater bob

hey Bob, so this is it, I took this heavy brass pot thing and turned it over and cut a hole in the now top and inserted some copper pipe and added some wing things and an internal baffle
brass stove inside.jpg

and then I covered it with this upsidedown brass flower pot and use copper pipe to vent outside to the chimneybrass stove setup.jpg

copper chimney.jpg the two pots used to be attached to each other but it really is easier having them separate. It is really a homemade conglomeration but it works to heat my little 8 foot space. Thanks for the interest. Milt.
