My daughter, now being sixteen and more into fashion, friends and boys, I often think back to the times when I too had her on my drift boat or camping or doing a river trip. It's now tough to get her to participate in my outdoor adventures, but as much as I had her out there, I know she will come back to them eventually. All I can say is, having a child and involving them in those outdoor adventures and watching them grow into young adults is the most incredible journey you will ever take.
