Wrapped up our adventure to Wyoming and back. Spent the first night in Nevada and was pleasantly surprised with the abundance of beautiful back county camping.

NV offered everything from sandy mountains to secluded crisp lakes. And oh man were those giant crickets creepy!

Spent some time in Great Basin NP for some creekside camping and awesome hiking.

Headed off to visit friends in Moab. Man has that place blown up! They lived up in the hills so we could escape the madness. Found a funky little lake to cool off in. The mountain biking was world class!

Camped and fished on the Snake river.

Did all the tourist, kook stuff in the Tetons and Yellowstone, as my wife, myself and our travel buddies had never been. It was beautiful though. Saw lots of elk and bison.

Managed to find some fun exploring and hiking in Kamas on the way. Even the smallest streams offed some decent fish.

I think Southwest Wyoming was my favorite. Endless roads of beauty.

Gas was under $4 bucks a gallon most of the time and we averaged 16.4 mpg. Not bad!

All in all a great adventure!
